Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Luxury Sales Director to lead our property's sales effort for high-end travel and drive revenue growth. This role will assist in implementing the luxury sales strategy and achieving segment revenue goals.

R Robinwood Activity Centres is a leading provider of luxury experiences, dedicated to delivering exceptional service and creating unforgettable memories for our guests.

Your Responsibilities
  • Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including Marriott Luxury Group Global Sales Offices (GSOs) and customers in key feeder markets.
  • Develop and manage relationships with key stakeholders to reinforce the importance of consortia sales to the hotel's success.
  • Work collaboratively with off-property sales channels to ensure the property needs are being achieved and the sales efforts are complementary, not duplicative.
  • Assist sales leader at all times in guiding and supporting the sales team members.
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to increase business and maximize revenue potential.
