Becoming a part of our team at Blu Selection means taking on a challenging yet rewarding role as Electronics Provider Specialist.

This position requires someone who is not only fluent in German but also has a strong background in electronics and troubleshooting. As a member of our team, you will play a crucial part in ensuring our customers receive top-notch support and guidance.

Key responsibilities will include:

  • Providing expert product support and advice to customers

  • Troubleshooting complex technical issues

  • Ensuring client satisfaction and maintaining a high level of quality

  • Contributing to the success of the department

To excel in this role, you'll need to possess:

  • A native fluency in German and excellent English skills

  • Extensive knowledge of electronics and good troubleshooting skills

  • Prior experience in technical support is highly valued

  • A professional and friendly demeanor with empathy and multitasking abilities

  • High reliability, adaptability, and strong problem-solving skills
