Job Description:

Within the Human Resources business function, you will join the Security Business Partner team, specializing in Governance, Risk Management, and Compliance around HR data management. The role covers the entire Airbus scope, cross-country, and cross-division.

You will collaborate with the HR Transformation & Digital department to drive and accompany the transformation of the HR function into its future, leveraging new digital capabilities for improved HR services and employee experience in compliance with regulations and security.

The successful candidate will work as a security specialist and privacy relay (GDPR), serving as a dedicated contact and advisor for corporate functions and HR specialists.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Supporting HR business projects and daily operations to ensure compliance with Airbus corporate Security directives and Privacy regulation.
  • Assisting process owners and associated providers in implementing and monitoring security and Data Protection requirements for their perimeter in processes and IS tools.
  • Collaborating with the HR Security partner team to ensure project follow-up, KPI delivery, and accurate visibility of ongoing activities.
  • Supporting the understanding of the corporate security policy within the HR function through awareness, upskilling, and communication.
  • Deploying a security risk-based approach in collaboration with company management teams, analyzing the legal environment, advising stakeholders, and anticipating threats.
