Software Quality Assurance Engineer

Are you passionate about developing high-quality software solutions? Do you have experience in software quality assurance and testing? We are looking for a skilled Software Quality Assurance Engineer to join our team at Oilandgas.Org.

Responsibilities:

* Collaborate with the software design team to discuss verification protocols
* Understand the requirements of our software from the mechanical systems
* Identify software application weaknesses and target areas
* Sketch out ideas for automated software test procedures
* Review software bug reports and highlight problem areas
* Write automation scripts and implement software applications
* Troubleshoot automation software and finalize system procedures
* Identify quality issues and create test reports

Qualifications:

* Bachelor's degree in computer science, software engineering, or a similar field
* Previous experience working as a QA automation engineer
* Advanced programming skills including automation systems and databases
* Great communication skills and fluency in English, both written and spoken
* Aspiration and proactiveness to learn about wind turbine design processes from a software engineering perspective
* Continuous improvement mindset
* Experience with SCRUM and Agile Development
* Understanding of Continuous integration solutions with e.g. Git, Jenkins, Atlassian suite

Education Qualification: B. Tech / B.E / MTech / ME - CSE, ECE, EEE
