We are seeking a talented Consumer Engagement Services Advisor to join our team. As a key member of our Customer Support function, you will play a vital role in assisting Nestlé consumers with questions and doubts when using our products and services.

Key Responsibilities:

- Respond to customer queries via written channels in a timely and accurate manner.
- Identify customer needs and provide solutions through phone, email, chat, and social media platforms.
- Encode internal databases with information about consumers' requests.
- Share feature requests and workarounds with relevant stakeholders.
- Inform customers about new features, functionalities, and campaigns.

Requirements:

- Fluency in Spanish and Portuguese, with advanced spoken and written knowledge in English.
- Ability to adapt tone of voice to different brands and written channels.
- Experience as a Customer Support Specialist or similar CS role.
- Customer management orientation.
- Familiarity with Nestlé industry is a plus.
