We are seeking a highly motivated Digital Transformation Expert to join our dynamic Omnichannel Content Foundations team in Lisbon. As a Business Analyst / Configuration analyst, you will be responsible for interpreting brands and users' requirements and conveying them into functional and technical specifications while implementing or modifying features in a PIM/DAM SaaS Tool.
Main Responsibilities
- Analyze business needs and prepare documents like functional and technical specifications, mapping-files, use-cases, user stories, wireframes, process flows, and product backlog;
- Configure PIM/DAM SaaS Tool (Sitecore ContentHub) to implement new features or adapt existing ones;
- Support Project managers/POs/Solution Architects in translating business requirements into specifications;
- Collaborate with the team to ensure successful implementation and maintenance of the PIM/DAM SaaS Tool;
- Develop and improve activities related to content management and configuration;
- Ensure adherence to policies, guidelines, and procedures while development is carried out;
- Create and manage support tickets for bugs and follow-up on them;
- Contribute to creating and updating tickets in Jira;
- Participate in testing and quality assurance activities.
Requirements
- B.Sc. or M.Sc. in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field;
- 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst / Product Specialist;
- Proven ability to work effectively in a highly collaborative and international environment;
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills;
- Must have experience in delivering implementations meeting typical SaaS content project success factors, including improved data quality, improved publishing workflow, and content management;
- Previous experience configuring data and content management SaaS tools (PIM/DAM Content management system in particular Sitecore ContentHub) is a strong plus;
- Understanding of Entity-Relationship and Non-Entity-Relationship models;
- Excellent interpersonal skills;
- Ability to contribute towards a team effort;
- Initiative and self-confidence, adaptable and able to cope with changing and evolving priorities while being able to identify new opportunities;
- Excellent communication skills (written and verbal) in English. Other languages are a plus.
