Job DescriptionSecurity Manager Role

We're seeking an experienced Security Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring compliance with A-to-Be security policies, standards, and procedures. Key responsibilities include:

  • Determining project-specific security requirements
  • Defining criteria for product acceptance based on regulatory and security standards
  • Developing and executing project-specific core security policies and plans

The ideal candidate will provide security guidance and recommendations during project planning and execution, ensuring implemented solutions meet defined security criteria. Additionally, they will work closely with the Compliance Manager, development teams, and businesses to analyze applications, identify security vulnerabilities, and develop strategies to mitigate them.

Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with Compliance Manager to ensure compliance with A-to-Be security policies, standards, and procedures
  • Determine project-specific security requirements
  • Ensure criteria is defined for product acceptance in respect to relevant regulatory and security standards
  • Define and execute project-specific core security policies and plans
  • Provide security guidance and recommendations during project planning and execution
  • Ensure implemented solution complies with security criteria defined for the project
  • Work with Compliance Manager, development teams, and businesses to analyze applications and identify security vulnerabilities
  • Provide regular reports on security risks and improvement efforts to project leadership
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Assurance, or related field
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in cybersecurity, with a focus on IT security management
  • Proven track record of developing and implementing effective security policies and procedures
  • Strong understanding of regulatory frameworks and industry standards
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills
