Job DescriptionWe are seeking a Renewals Manager to join our newly created Renewals organization. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of successfully managing renewals for SaaS customer accounts, strong negotiation and communication skills, and the ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Cultivate relationships with key stakeholders within our customers
- Collaborate with Account Management and Customer Success to build comprehensive account plans
- Implement industry best practices to enhance the overall customer experience during renewal
- Proactively identify and capitalize on renewal upsell opportunities within assigned territories
- Lead negotiations with customers to ensure successful renewals
This is a quota-carrying individual contributor role. The Renewals Manager will be responsible for:
Key Responsibilities:- Maintaining tactical awareness and addressing any challenges promptly
- Maintaining predictability in forecasting and delivering against targets
- Striving to exceed expectations in all aspects of renewal management
- Demonstrating proficiency in learning new systems
- Navigating through change effectively and quickly ramping up on new product offerings
The ideal candidate will have:
Requirements:- 5 years of experience in renewals management or account management in the software industry, specifically focusing on SaaS solutions and services
- Proven track record of achieving sales or renewal quotas, particularly for SaaS renewals
- Strong negotiation and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, and Salesforce CRM is a plus
