Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced supply chain professional to join our team as a Senior Associate - Logistics and Distribution. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the efficient distribution of products to customers worldwide.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage order execution, transportation planning, and stock availability while adhering to GDP regulations.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with regional supply chain teams and distribution centers.
  • Monitor inventory levels and collaborate with regional teams to ensure stock availability.
  • Identify potential supply chain issues and develop proactive solutions to mitigate risks.
  • Lead and participate in meetings and projects to improve order management and supply chain performance.
  • Analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) and contribute to monthly reporting.
  • Maintain compliance with GMP/GDP regulations and stay up-to-date with job-related training.
  • Act as a subject matter expert in cross-functional supply chain projects.

Requirements

We are seeking a highly skilled professional with:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or a related field.
  • At least 3 years of experience in supply chain operations within a GDP-regulated environment.
  • Solid understanding of ERP and experience in order-to-cash processes.
  • Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
  • Ability to multitask and collaborate within a diverse, international team.
  • Proficiency in MS Office.
  • Understanding of logistics, GDP compliance, and stock management.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a proactive approach.
