This role is responsible for managing workplace tools, with preferred knowledge of Microsoft technologies, Office 365 tools, workplace image creation, and service provider management.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Manage workplace tools and infrastructure
  • Diagnose and resolve problems in a workplace environment
  • Develop and maintain virtual workplace images
  • Provide advanced knowledge in Citrix VDI, Windows Operating Systems, and Office Tools

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's/Master's degree in Computer Engineering or similar
  • Minimum of 10 years in the role of Workplace Management
  • Advanced knowledge in Citrix VDI, Windows Operating Systems, and Office Tools
