Customer Support Representative for Italian Market

Main Responsibilities:

Handle phone contacts with customers.
Ensure customer long-term loyalty.
Advise customers on all services and offers.

Requirements:

Native or fluent Italian and English (mandatory).
Good communication skills.
Contact center experience.
Sales experience.

What We Offer:

Direct and permanent contract with the client.
Base salary + Meal Allowance.
Italian monthly bonus + English monthly bonus (cumulative).
Performance bonus.
Attendance bonus.

Proactive advising/sales.
Training with a fixed performance bonus.
All equipment provided.
Health insurance after the 4th month of contract.
Hybrid or 100% remote

Schedule: Rotative 8H shifts, between 7am to 9pm
