Salary:
The successful candidate can expect a competitive base monthly salary of 1100 EUR gross per month (14 months), plus a performance bonus of 4% of their annual base salary.
Job Description:
- Key Responsibilities:
- Advise and support policyholders via various communication channels, handling the settlement of their benefits.
- Ensure customer satisfaction by providing high-quality responses and contributing to performance metrics.
- Inform and advise clients on their insurance coverage, record and manage contracts, and handle premium payments.
- Process reimbursements, provide quotes, and manage contract and administrative changes.
- Respond to inquiries from policyholders and healthcare professionals, providing accurate information and effective solutions.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- A Bachelor's degree (Bac +2) with or without experience in insurance.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to work in a team.
- Customer service-oriented with active listening skills and ability to handle diverse situations.
- Rigorous, organized, and responsive in daily task management.
- Dynamic, enthusiastic, and goal-oriented.
Language Skills:
- Proficiency in French and English is required.
