Job Overview
We are looking for an experienced Customer Acquisition Specialist to join our Inside Sales team. As a Customer Acquisition Specialist, you will be responsible for acquiring new customers, providing ongoing support to existing customers, and driving sales growth. Your key responsibilities will include:
- Managing the sales pipeline, generating new business opportunities, and supporting customers as they transition from sales prospects.
- Building close relationships with customers to promote retention and loyalty.
- Developing and executing sales strategies to reach sales targets and ensure a smooth handoff of qualified leads.
- Addressing customer concerns and coordinating with other departments to resolve issues.
- Generating new pipeline and revenue through customer acquisition.
- Identifying opportunities to recommend additional products or services that could benefit the customer.
Key Requirements
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- Diploma, bachelor's or master's degree.
- At least 2 to 3 years of experience in a sales or customer service role, preferably in the industrial sector.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft 365 tools.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to build and maintain relationships with existing and potential clients.
- Knowledge of sales techniques and strategies.
- Strong problem-solving and negotiation skills.
- Time management and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Flexibility and adaptability to change.
- A desire to learn and grow in the sales or other related fields.
- Language skills: English and German (C1/C2) languages are mandatory. French and Italian languages are valued as complementary.
