Job Title: Bell Boy

Job Summary:

We are seeking a friendly and efficient Bell Boy to join our team at the Vilamoura Algarve Resort in Portugal. As a Bell Boy, you will be responsible for ensuring excellent service to our guests by providing luggage assistance, supporting the front desk, and promoting hotel services.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide exceptional service to guests by assisting with luggage and other requests
  • Support the front desk team with check-in and check-out processes
  • Promote hotel services and amenities to guests
  • Work collaboratively with other departments to ensure seamless guest experience

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in a similar role in a 4 or 5-star hotel
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Knowledge of Portuguese and English
