Job OverviewWe are recruiting on behalf of our client - a world-leading outsourcing company providing services related to customer/technical support, content moderation, sales, and marketing.
Your Responsibilities:
- Daily communication with new and existing clients via phone, chat, and email to identify business opportunities and offer tailored solutions.
- Consultative selling to understand clients' needs and provide personalized recommendations to drive growth while achieving sales targets.
- Planning actions based on clients' requirements and expectations.
- Conducting research on industries and business models to better comprehend markets and clients.
- Providing actionable insights to clients based on their needs.
- Assisting clients in optimizing product usage, offering active support in problem-solving and performance improvement.
- Expanding knowledge of advertising solutions and their impact on business performance.
- Solving complex problems, identifying trends, and providing valuable feedback on products.
- Utilizing various tools to communicate effectively and help clients succeed.
Employer Requirements:
- Fluency in English.
- Previous experience in sales and/or marketing is highly desirable.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
