Job Description: Senior Talent Specialist
We are seeking an experienced professional to lead our talent management efforts. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in talent management, including performance appraisal, career development, onboarding, offboarding, organizational climate, employer branding, and HRIS.
Key Accountabilities
The Senior Talent Specialist will be accountable for:
- Developing and implementing performance appraisal systems that align with business objectives.
- Designing and optimizing onboarding processes to ensure an integrated and efficient experience for new employees.
- Creating and maintaining HR policies and procedures that promote a positive work environment.
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to identify and address talent management gaps.
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Bachelor/Master's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Social Sciences, or equivalent.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in talent management (performance appraisal, succession plans, organizational climate, onboarding, offboarding).
- Advanced knowledge in Excel (Power Query, Macros, VBA) and Power BI.
- Experience in SAP SuccessFactors PMGM (Performance Management & Goal Management).
- Fluent in English and Portuguese.
- Strong analytical and storytelling skills with data.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Strong adaptability mindset.
