In this role, you will review user reports regarding website content, analyze and identify content that is not in compliance with requirements, and make well-balanced decisions to resolve inquiries. You will also use market-specific knowledge and insights to spot and scope solutions to improve the support of user community.
Responsibilities:

- Review sensitive content, sometimes involving graphic or disturbing subject matter
Requirements:
To succeed in this role, you must have fluency in Turkish (at least C1 level, ideally native) and B2 level of English. You must also be available to work in 3 shifts, 7 days a week (24/7 availability). Additionally, you must have excellent communication (verbal and written) and interpersonal skills, as well as quick learning abilities.
