We are seeking a talented Talent Acquistion IT Recruiter to join our team at TN Portugal. In this role, you will be responsible for managing full life cycle recruiting processes for multiple roles across the company. This will involve utilizing talent tools such as ATS software, local job boards, LinkedIn and other platforms to source top talent. Additionally, you will partner with business leaders to understand their needs and develop effective recruitment strategies.
About the Role
This corporate talent position will be responsible for driving recruiting processes and ensuring the best and brightest talent is acquired for our organization. You will work closely with the global talent team to identify great talent in the market and facilitate full cycle recruitment. Your expertise will also include performing sourcing using multiple channels (LinkedIn Recruiter, job ads, social media, AI tools, associations, universities, clubs, networking, etc).
Responsibilities and Requirements
This role requires:
- At least 3 years of full life cycle recruiting experience across multiple business functions.
- Experience with LinkedIn recruiting tools and web-based applicant tracking systems (ATS).
- Experience working with a global team and recruiting for international locations.
- Strong sourcing experience using multiple channels (LinkedIn Recruiter, job ads, social media, AI tools, associations, universities, networking etc) and landing quality candidates from those efforts.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to present facts and recommendations effectively in oral and written form.
- Track record of high quality hires in a fast-paced environment, with a results-oriented mindset.
- Ability to build relationships with key stakeholders to provide a stellar experience to candidates, hiring managers, and leadership.
