Salary
We offer a competitive salary of €60,000 - €80,000 per annum, commensurate with experience, plus additional benefits.
Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage SAP user access by creating, modifying, and terminating user accounts and authorizations;
- Conduct regular assessments of user access rights, identify risks, and make recommendations for changes to mitigate risks;
- Implement and maintain SAP authorization profiles and roles in accordance with defined standards and best practices, supporting design and concept;
- Monitor and troubleshoot SAP authorization issues and provide end-user support;
- Collaborate with experts from Central Key Users and IT teams on role design to ensure business requirements and system security aspects are fulfilled;
- Develop and maintain SAP authorization policies, processes, and procedures and ensure audit-proof documentation;
- Support SAP security and authorization audits and compliance reviews;
- Report and document security incidents and investigations as required;
- Develop and maintain user training materials and deliver training to ensure key and end users understand SAP security policies and procedures;
- Stay current with the latest SAP security and authorization trends and technologies;
- Support evaluation and analysis of business requirements to develop authorization strategies aligned with business and security objectives;
- Support development and maintenance of SAP authorization and user management policies, processes, and procedures;
- Support implementation and execution of Internal Controls (ICS) regarding authorizations and user management, including mitigation measures for SOD conflicts;
- Take responsibility for own work packages in big SAP projects in the area of authorization and user administration.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Proven experience in SAP authorization and security;
- Deep understanding of SAP systems and processes;
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills;
- Strong communication and collaboration skills;
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team;
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field;
- Relevant certifications in SAP security and authorization.
