We're seeking a Sales Support Technician to join our team in Santa Maria da Feira. As a Sales Support Technician, you'll be responsible for ensuring timely price and contract validation and updates in our ERP system.

Main responsibilities:

  • Manage new contracts through customer B2B portals
  • Maintain prices in ERP for external and internal customers
  • Create, confirm, and cancel contracts/sales orders in ERP
  • Update customer and material databases
  • Analyze price discrepancies using available tools
  • Evaluate documents issued by customers related to price differences and follow up with corrective actions
  • Support invoice overdue recovery
  • Participate in problem-solving working groups and process improvements

To succeed in this role, you should have:

  • High School Diploma as minimum education level
  • Fluent English is mandatory; French or German is a plus
  • Autonomous and proactive approach
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Numerical ability
  • Team spirit
  • Organization and time management skills
  • Good computer skills (MS Office-Excel, SAP)
