We are seeking a skilled Global Billing Analyst to join our team at FedEx Group. In this position, you will be responsible for receiving and reviewing supporting details from CFS Reps for invoice adjustments.

The ideal candidate will have experience with Excel and strong analytical skills. Excellent communication skills in English are essential, and familiarity with other languages such as German, French, Italian, or Spanish is a plus.

You will process invoice adjustments for Global customers in FedEx's systems, maintain accurate records, and identify recurring issues to minimize billing discrepancies. You will work closely with Commercial personnel to ensure proper documented approval and authorization.
