About the Role
\As a Senior Statistical Programmer at IQVIA, you will play a key part in driving efficiency and accountability within our Global Biostatistics team. With a strong background in statistical programming, you will be responsible for developing process methodologies to meet internal and external clients' needs. You will plan and coordinate the development of integrated programming solutions, serving the full spectrum of statistical programming requirements.
Key Responsibilities
\- Implement complex studies by performing programming, testing, and documentation of statistical programs for creating statistical tables, figures, and listings.
- Develop programming specifications, interpret project-level requirements, and provide technical expertise to internal and external clients.
- Fulfill project responsibilities as a technical team lead for single complex studies or groups of studies.
- Directly communicate with internal and client statisticians and clinical team members to ensure understanding of requirements and project timelines.
- Estimate programming scope of work, manage resource assignments, communicate project status, and negotiate/re-negotiate project timelines for deliverables.
- Provide training and mentoring to SP team members.
