Technical Lead Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Lead to join our team at Qualitest Group. As a Technical Lead, you will be responsible for leading the development and implementation of cloud-based solutions, ensuring that they meet the highest standards of quality and reliability.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and develop cloud-based solutions using Azure cloud platform.
  • Lead a team of software engineers in the development and implementation of cloud-based solutions.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure that cloud-based solutions meet business requirements.
  • Develop and maintain APIs that follow OpenAPI standards.
  • Manage and secure APIs using Azure API Management services.
  • Create, deploy, and manage serverless Azure Function Apps.
  • Automate workflows using Azure Logic Apps.
  • Use Azure Monitoring tools to track performance and ensure system health.
  • Experience with version control systems and collaborative development tools.
  • Implement continuous integration and continuous delivery pipelines using Azure DevOps.

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of experience in cloud-based solutions development.
  • Expertise in C# programming with extensive experience in .NET 6 or later versions.
  • Deep understanding of common patterns for integrating various systems and applications.
  • Strong knowledge of both SQL databases and NoSQL databases for diverse data storage needs.
  • Ability to communicate technical information to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Proficiency in identifying, assessing, and managing project risks.
  • Ability to develop contingency plans and mitigate issues effectively.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills, with experience in guiding cross-functional teams.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proficiency in stakeholder management, including gathering requirements, providing updates, and managing expectations.

Preferred Skills:

  • Certifications like PMP (Project Management Professional), CAPM (Certified Associate in Project Management), or PRINCE2.
  • Familiarity with DevOps practices and tools like Jenkins, Docker, Kubernetes, or Azure.
  • Knowledge of cybersecurity principles, especially for projects involving sensitive data.
  • Experience with data analysis tools and methodologies to track project metrics and KPIs.
