Your Role

You will serve as a versatile Project Coordinator who excels in fostering collaboration, facilitating communication, and driving project success within a dynamic environment.

Serving as a key liaison between delivery and engineering teams, you will champion agile methodologies, a people-centric approach, and timely project delivery.

Your Responsibilities

  • Adaptability and Agile Facilitation : Demonstrate flexibility by tailoring agile methodologies to suit the company's specific needs and promoting their adoption across teams.
  • Accurate Documentation and Communication : Maintain precise project documentation while enhancing communication strategies to facilitate efficient and inclusive meetings.
  • Alignment of Project Objectives : Ensure a clear understanding of project objectives, scope, and deliverables among team members.
  • Progress Monitoring and Issue Resolution : Monitor team progress, proactively identify potential risks or issues, and collaborate with project managers to develop effective mitigation strategies, addressing roadblocks promptly.
  • Stakeholder Engagement : Establish and nurture positive relationships with project stakeholders, ensuring transparent and timely updates on project status.
  • Cultivate Collaborative Environment : Promote a people-oriented atmosphere by championing a servant leader mindset, fostering collaboration, and prioritizing team dynamics for enhanced project outcomes.

Your Requirements

  • Adaptability and Agile Expertise : Minimum 2 years in Agile environments (Scrum, Kanban), with the ability to tailor methodologies to company needs.
