As a PhD researcher, you will be part of a highly interdisciplinary team working towards a paradigm shift in viral entry and glycan shielding research.
Job Description
You will develop computational models and pipelines to study and block pathogens using molecular dynamics simulations, enhanced sampling methods, and Artificial Intelligence techniques. You will also interface with experimental researchers to validate and refine your results.
Requirements
- PhD in structural biology, computational chemistry, or a related field
- Strong background in molecular dynamics simulations, enhanced sampling methods, and Artificial Intelligence techniques
- Excellent programming skills in languages such as Python, C++, or Java
- Strong collaboration and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
