About the Job

As a Labor Law HR Business Partner, you will be responsible for:

  • Providing practical guidance and options to support business outcomes
  • Managing complex employee relations matters within a professional services environment
  • Partnering with senior leaders and positively influencing people at all levels within the business
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A minimum of six years' experience in Employee Relations, HR Business Partnering/Consultancy or Labor Law Advisory roles
  • A strong working knowledge of Employment and Labor laws and practices in Portugal
  • The ability to identify and mitigate risk to the business
