Are you a seasoned marketing professional with a passion for growth and innovation? We are seeking a talented Growth Marketing Manager to join our team at Tungsten Automation in Portugal.

The ideal candidate will have 3-5+ years of experience in developing and executing successful marketing strategies, with a proven track record of driving business growth through lead generation. You will be responsible for managing end-to-end campaign processes, analyzing performance metrics, and ensuring that our marketing efforts align with our business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:
  • □Develop and execute comprehensive marketing campaigns that align with business goals and target audience needs.
  • □Collaborate with the marketing team to define campaign objectives, target segments, and key performance indicators (KPIs).
  • □Create detailed campaign plans, including timelines, budgets, and resource allocation.
  • □Coordinate the implementation of marketing campaigns across multiple channels, including digital, social media, email, content, and online events.
  • □Work closely with internal teams and external vendors to produce high-quality marketing materials and assets.
  • □Ensure campaigns are launched on time and within budget, meeting all defined objectives.
  • □Monitor and analyze campaign performance metrics to assess effectiveness and ROI.
  • □Conduct A/B testing and other optimization techniques to improve campaign performance.
  • □Generate detailed reports on campaign outcomes, providing actionable insights and recommendations for future campaigns.
  • □Communicate campaign plans, progress, and results to stakeholders at various levels of the organization.

We offer a competitive salary of approximately €60,000 - €80,000 per year, depending on experience, plus benefits and opportunities for professional growth.
