Responsibilities include:
- Collaborating with our brands to create email, push notification, and SMS campaigns based on defined strategies
- Creating HTML content using templates, revising, and making changes/corrections as needed
- Implementing database segmentation on email marketing tools
- Designing customer journeys according to brand guidelines
- Conducting A/B tests to improve engagement and deliverability
- Monitoring campaigns and creating KPI reports
To be successful in this role, you should have:
- A bachelor's or master's degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, Communication Design, Design & Multimedia, Information Management, or similar
- Experience with email marketing tools such as MailChimp, RDStation, E-Goi, Adobe Campaign, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Eloqua, etc.
- Knowledge of HTML or CSS
- Proficiency in English (spoken and written)
- Ability to quickly learn new technologies and working methods
