Customer Experience Director

At Gi Group, we are seeking an experienced Customer Experience Director to join our dynamic operations team in Lisbon.
Company OverviewWe are a leading company specializing in innovative personal insurance solutions tailored for families and employees. Our expert team assists decision-makers in selecting employee benefits plans, whether standard or custom-made, to meet their unique needs.
This is an excellent opportunity to take your career to the next level as an Operations and Quality Manager (m/f) fluent in English. As part of our client's dynamic operations team, you will be responsible for leading and supporting a team of 6 to 12 employees, ensuring the consistent delivery of exceptional customer service in the international health insurance sector.
The successful candidate will have a proven track record in improving customer journeys, client services, or similar roles. A degree in insurance or management is a strong plus. Demonstrated experience in a managerial role is essential, along with exceptional attention to detail, organizational skills, and a results-oriented mindset.
You will be responsible for monitoring and analyzing activity reports to track performance, ensuring satisfaction for all stakeholders, including policyholders, partners, internal teams, and external customers. Upholding and promoting quality standards across your team is also crucial.
Your Responsibilities Include:
- Ensuring full compliance with company policies and industry standards.
- Contributing to process improvements to boost quality, efficiency, and timeliness.
- Representing the company by preparing and delivering key presentations and meetings.
- Managing and resolving client complaints on time.
- Collaborating closely with sales managers to further enhance client satisfaction.
- Managing customer relationships within your scope, ensuring proximity, satisfaction, and growth.
- Setting and challenging both individual and team objectives.
- Identifying talent within your team and supporting their growth by understanding their training and development needs.
