Job Description

The Production Manager plays a key role in planning and organizing production to align with company strategy and quality standards. This involves ensuring the availability of necessary materials to fulfill production orders while controlling costs and overseeing equipment maintenance to guarantee proper execution.

The Production Manager will also collaborate with Marketing and Finance managers to align production with sales volume, deadlines, and company objectives. To achieve this, they will:

  1. Develop and implement production plans that meet company objectives and quality standards.
  2. Manage inventory levels and order supplies as needed to ensure production can continue without interruption.
  3. Maintain and improve equipment to ensure it operates efficiently and effectively.
  4. Work closely with cross-functional teams to align production with sales volume, deadlines, and company objectives.
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A degree in Engineering, Management, Economics, or a related field.
  • Leadership and management experience in a manufacturing environment.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently.
  • Proficiency in Excel and ERP systems for process control.
  • A high sense of responsibility, initiative, and organization.
