Job Description:

We are currently looking for a Talent Acquisition Specialist - German Speaker who will report to the Talent Acquisition Lead.

The successful candidate will be responsible for the recruitment of potential talent, acting as an Account Manager for designated markets and delivering agreed services with the markets in Sourcing.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Build a strategy for the Markets (including specific requisitions)
  • Drive actionable discussion around strategic workforce planning
  • Source OR Manage E2E process, as per needs

Required Skills and Qualifications:

To be successful, you should have:

  • A strong knowledge of E2E recruitment process
  • Fluent in English and German
  • Training and People development skills
  • Talent Acquisition Insights (talent and companies mapping)
