At TN Portugal, we're seeking a talented Customer Experience Expert to join our team. This role is ideal for a motivated self-starter who can handle high-velocity sales approaches while providing exceptional customer experiences.
About the RoleThis Digital Inside Sales Specialist will be at the forefront of our customer experience, working with new and existing customers of Zendesk. As a product expert, you'll articulate the value of Zendesk to informed buyers, providing several touch points across the customer journey to help them make informed decisions.
This is a new team at Zendesk, and you'll be one of the founding members in a fast-growing area for our business. Ideal candidates will bring a consistent track record of achieving targets and have software/SaaS experience. Travel to a Zendesk office is required throughout training and then moves to a hybrid schedule.
Key Responsibilities- Actively resolve prospect and customer inquiries to drive online business conversion rates
- Become an expert on Zendesk products
- Be the voice of our customers; understand their needs and make them champions
- Conduct discovery calls, provide demos, and help customers see the value in purchasing Zendesk
- Meet or exceed SLAs and KPIs established for the role
We're looking for someone with excellent written communication skills in French and English, as well as 1+ years of sales experience. Software/SaaS experience is preferred. You'll need to be passionate about Zendesk technology and able to learn tools and processes quickly. Outstanding organizational skills, multitasking abilities, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment are also essential.
