**Requirements**

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a technical support role, preferably in the automotive industry.
  • High level of proficiency in English (B2-C1) and Portuguese (C2-native).
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
