We are seeking a skilled Logistics Operations Specialist to join our team at DSV - Global Transport and Logistics. In this role, you will be responsible for creating and distributing various reports from regularly scheduled to ad hoc utilizing data in Employee Central by required due date as assigned.

Key Responsibilities
  • Create and distribute reports using data in Employee Central.
  • Carry out audits and report any anomalies accordingly.
  • Provide Tier 1 helpdesk support for Employee Central in relation to requests related to reporting.
  • Maintain data integrity by reporting data anomalies to the HRIS helpdesk.
  • Locate and define new process improvement opportunities.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Data Analysis: Ability to work with, manipulate and understand data.
  • Analytical Thinking: Ability to tackle a problem by using a logical, systematic, sequential approach.
  • Decision Making: Keeps relevant stakeholders informed.
  • Planning/Organizing: Prioritizes and plans work activities.
  • Quality Control: A strong attention to detail is critical in this role.
