The Role of the Concierge
The Concierge is a key member of our team, working closely with the Head Concierge to define and implement destination experiences that showcase the best of our hotel. As an expert prescriber and true ambassador of the destination, the Concierge is passionate about providing exceptional service and ensuring that every guest feels like a VIP.
Responsibilities
The Concierge will be responsible for participating in all Conciergerie operations, including managing guest requests, applying upselling and cross-selling techniques, and researching innovative experiences to keep the hotel at the forefront. To succeed in this role, you will need at least 2 years of experience in a similar position in a luxury hotel, high level proficiency in Portuguese and English, and excellent knowledge of the destination.
