About the Job

The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing corporate actions and income events, ensuring seamless execution while adhering to established Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and operational procedures.

  • Manage all corporate actions and income setups, instructions, and payments in accordance with set standards.
  • Implement the four-eyes checking principle consistently without exception.
  • Provide accurate and detailed information to clients and service partners regarding corporate actions and income events.
  • Foster a supportive environment for clients and stakeholders throughout the process.
  • Handle queries and client service requests efficiently within dedicated tools for statistical analysis.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of existing markets, their changes, and financial instruments by regularly utilizing various information sources.
  • Contribute to service delivery improvements and enhance client satisfaction through sharing process enhancements whenever applicable.
Profile and Skills Required
  • Bachelor's degree in Economics, Finance, or Accounting.
  • Pertinent experience in banking and financial operations.
  • Fluent English language skills at C1-C2 level.
  • Collaboration and teamwork abilities.
  • Attention to detail and rigor.
  • Client-focused mindset.
  • Proficiency in Office software, particularly Excel and Word.
