- Implement the four-eyes checking principle consistently without exception.
- Provide accurate and detailed information to clients and service partners regarding corporate actions and income events.
- Foster a supportive environment for clients and stakeholders throughout the process.
- Handle queries and client service requests efficiently within dedicated tools for statistical analysis.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of existing markets, their changes, and financial instruments by regularly utilizing various information sources.
- Contribute to service delivery improvements and enhance client satisfaction through sharing process enhancements whenever applicable.
- Bachelor's degree in Economics, Finance, or Accounting.
- Pertinent experience in banking and financial operations.
- Fluent English language skills at C1-C2 level.
- Collaboration and teamwork abilities.
- Attention to detail and rigor.
