Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled Customer Care Executive to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional support to passengers and drivers. Your duties will include delivering high-quality support via our emails, chats, and calls support platform.
Key Responsibilities: 1. Deliver high-quality support via our emails, chats, and calls support platform
2. Be a passionate advocate and show empathy to users while solving problems and addressing unsatisfactory experiences
3. Triage issues and escalate them to PDC Specialists team, Customer Excellence, Operations, B2B & Product
Requirements: To be successful in this role, you will need initial experience in customer support and fluency in English and German (mandatory). Good problem-solving and active listening skills are also essential. Ability to multitask and perform effectively under pressure is required.
