We are seeking an experienced Operational Radiology Lead to join our team at Unilabs. As a key member of our leadership team, you will play a critical role in sustaining and delivering Radiology Operational Unilabs Strategy.
As the new Radiology Unit Operations Manager, you will be responsible for improving and controlling the efficiency levels, standardization of procedures, scan and changeover times, exam protocols with Medical Teams, optimize agendas management and booking with Retail Teams, etc. You will deploy Lighthouse best practices across Radiology Units in Portugal.
You will work closely with Retail Regional Leaders, Units Managers, Medical Services, IT, Engineering, and Infrastructure teams. Your key responsibilities will include applying internal processes & procedures in line with Lighthouse Vision: Management (Staffing, Ops KPI, P&L Analysis), Exam scheduling (Agenda Optimization, Omnichannel Booking, Digitalization), Entry & Admission (Patient Flow, Fast Check-in, etc.), Examination Standardizations & Protocols, and Results Delivery.
Key performance indicators will measure outcomes in cost, time, and quality. You will review financial indicators, Variable, Personal Cost, and Opex, taking actions to control profitability. The ideal candidate will have experience in management/operational roles within the healthcare industry or similar sectors. Strong candidates will demonstrate success in Operational fields and Project Management. They will possess superior analytical skills, structured problem-solving, communication, influencing, and senior stakeholder management skills.
