About the Role:
At TN Portugal, we are seeking a seasoned Linux System Administrator Expert to join our team. As a key member of our infrastructure team, you will be responsible for the design, implementation, and maintenance of our Linux infrastructure, including Oracle Linux Systems, Linux RHEL 6/7/8, SLES 12/15, and Solaris. You will also play a critical role in ensuring the availability and performance of our IT systems.

This is an excellent opportunity to leverage your technical expertise and passion for delivering exceptional results in a fast-paced and dynamic environment. If you have a strong understanding of clustering technologies, scripting languages (BASH/SH/KSH), and cloud migrations, we encourage you to apply.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design, implement, and maintain highly available and scalable Linux infrastructure
  • Manage and configure Linux clusters, including Redhat HA (pacemaker and cman)
  • Implement and manage Redhat Resilient Storage Filesystems (CLVM+Multipath, Oracle RAC+Multipath) Native FS EXT4/XFS/BTRFS
  • Configure interfaces for bonding/redundancy/resilience and static routing
  • Analyze and solve complex problems, create and review shell scripts on Linux
  • Manage file system group and user permissions with regular and extended ACL
  • BASIC troubleshooting of NGINX/Apache web servers and Reverse Proxys
  • Migrate applications to Cloud
  • Setup remote shares server/client under CIFS/NFS (nfsv3 onwards)

Requirements:
  • Over 4 years of experience in Linux system administration
  • Experience with Linux Cluster configuration and administration
  • Knowledge of Scripting Language (BASH/SH/KSH)
  • Dynamic and proactive approach to problems with a hands-on and can-do attitude
  • Able to work in a team environment and establish rapport with clients
  • Good written and oral communication skills in English (written and spoken)
