As a key member of our operations department, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, planning and executing customized travel itineraries, and ensuring seamless logistics for our discerning clients.
About the Role:
This is a unique opportunity to work with a passionate tour operator that combines history, wine, food, and Jewish heritage in luxury travel experiences. Our ideal candidate will have a university degree, 2-3 years of experience in the tourism industry, and excellent communication skills in English. You will be proficient in Microsoft Excel and have a keen eye for detail, as well as a strong ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain relationships with clients to understand their preferences and tailor-made travel needs
- Design and execute customized itineraries for high-end travelers, including transportation, accommodation, and activity arrangements
- Coordinate with vendors and suppliers to ensure smooth logistics and timely delivery of services
- Provide expert knowledge of destinations, attractions, and activities to enhance client experiences
- Manage travel files, documents, and records, maintaining confidentiality and attention to detail
Requirements:
- University degree in a related field (e.g., hospitality, tourism, business)
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in the tourism industry, preferably in a similar role
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English (Portuguese language proficiency a plus)
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and other productivity software
- Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously
