About the Role

We're looking for a talented Order Management Manager to lead our Customer Logistics Management Competence Center (CLM CC) team. As a strategic thinker with a passion for creative communication and leadership, you'll play a key role in shaping the future of our organization.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage Competence Center (CC) related activities, including people, budget, and planning, to ensure full compliance with our Customer Logistics Management strategy and processes.
  • Be the direct management interface and escalation path for CC operations.
  • Plan, direct, and oversee CC operations and contribute to the global CC strategy.
  • Enable, coach, mentor, and develop all staff in the CC through continuous training, oversee new employee onboarding, and provide career development planning and opportunities.
  • Manage and identify the optimization for collaboration in the CC by reviewing current processes and deploying improvement measures jointly with relevant stakeholders.
  • Build relationships and communication within CLM and supporting functions.
  • Manage CC performance to ensure the achievement of CC objectives and KPI targets.
  • Strengthen Competence Center focus in driving continuous tool, process, and quality improvements and towards digitalization with standardization as the foundation step.
  • Ensure maximum supply chain performance and internal customer satisfaction.
  • Drive initiatives and projects.
  • Ensure that all corporate reporting and communication requirements are met.

Requirements:

  • A degree in business management, computer science, business study, or a related supply chain field.
  • At least 3 years of experience in a supervisory or management role, overseeing supply chain logistics, order management, or a related function.
  • Fluency in English and another European language as a bonus.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to manage and optimize order fulfillment processes.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams.
  • Excellent leadership and team management skills to lead a team of order management professionals.
  • Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities and deadlines.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills to ensure timely and accurate order processing.
  • Proficiency in order management software and systems, such as SAP ERP applications and CRM systems.
  • Data analysis skills to identify trends, opportunities, and areas of improvement.
  • Ability to adapt to changing business needs and priorities.
  • Customer-centric mindset with a focus on delivering exceptional customer service.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain accuracy and quality in order processing.
