**Job Description and Responsibilities**

We are seeking an experienced Digital HR Transformation Consultant to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for implementing, configuring, and supporting SAP SuccessFactors Time Management module to optimize our clients' HR processes, particularly in the Time Tracking area.

Your deep understanding of SuccessFactors functionality and HR best practices will be crucial in delivering successful projects and driving HR transformation. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Working independently as part of multi-cultural teams to deliver SuccessFactors Time Management / SAP HXM solutions to customers.
  • Analyzing customer requirements, designing solutions, configuring, implementing, and troubleshooting key Employee Central Time functions like positive and negative time tracking, absence management, forecasting, schedules, and labor activities.
  • Guiding customers on-site and offshore on SAP Best Practices for quick wins.
  • Leading requirement gathering workshops and training sessions.
  • Performing feasibility studies and solution reviews.

**Required Skills and Qualifications**

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • More than 3 years of experience in full-cycle implementation and support projects for SAP SuccessFactors Time Management.
  • Good experience and knowledge of multiple SuccessFactors / SAP HCM Solutions – Employee Central, Time off, Time tracking, Timesheet, and/or Talent modules.
  • Good knowledge of SAP HCM on-premise solutions (preferable).
  • Certification in SuccessFactors Time Management module.
  • At least five end-to-end implementation experiences in SuccessFactors / SAP HCM.
  • Good knowledge of SAP Cloud methodologies (Launch, Activate).
  • Good knowledge of HR business processes.
  • Excellent communication skills, both oral and written.
  • SF Integration knowledge would be a plus.
  • EC Payroll experience and skills would be a plus.

**Benefits and Opportunities**

We offer a competitive salary range of $80,000 - $120,000 per year, depending on location and experience.
