Job Description

This is a challenging role for a Senior Systems Architect to design, develop and operate software solutions in our Commercial Systems unit. We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced engineering manager who can lead a team of engineers in delivering and operating capabilities at scale.

About the Role

You will be responsible for leading a team of software engineers implementing and operating software solutions. This includes providing engineering and process guidance to engineering teams, actively seeking improvements to established processes, designs and solutions, collaborating with peers and cross-functional teams and coding in Go or Python.

What You Will Need

To succeed in this role, you will need a Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Computer Science or a related engineering field. You should have experience as a software developer in a high-level language - preferably Go or Python, and experience as a hands-on engineering manager or a team lead. You will also need experience building, deploying and operating distributed systems and APIs.

Requirements

What We Offer

We offer a fully remote working environment, personal learning and development budget of 2000 USD per annum, annual compensation review, recognition rewards, annual holiday leave, parental leave, employee assistance programme and opportunity to travel to new locations to meet colleagues at 'sprints'.

The estimated salary for this role is $120,000 - $180,000 per annum based on location and industry standards.
