We are looking for an experienced Automated Payment Process Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth and accurate processing of all payments.
About the Job
You will work closely with the Payments Lead to oversee automated and manual payment processes, addressing exceptions and rejections to ensure timely and accurate financial transactions within the organization.
Your Key Tasks
- Coordinate with the Treasury Team to verify fund availability, prepare manual payment proposals (including checks), and secure necessary approvals.
- Work with stakeholders such as vendor helpdesk, IT, and vendors to investigate and resolve payment exceptions or discrepancies effectively.
- Implement validation checks to enhance payment accuracy and leverage payment management systems to optimize workflows and improve productivity.
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting and Finance or a related field.
- 1-3 years of relevant experience in payment processing, financial operations, or similar roles.
- Proficiency in SAP S/4 HANA ERP and a solid understanding of STP (Straight Through Processing) systems and global payments processes.
- Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work effectively in a collaborative environment.
