**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Content Review & Moderation: Review user-generated content (posts, comments, images, videos) to ensure compliance with community guidelines, policies, and legal requirements.
  • Identify & Act on Harmful Content: Actively monitor and remove inappropriate, harmful, or illegal content to ensure a safe online space for all users.
  • Maintain Accuracy & Consistency: Make moderation decisions in line with internal policies, ensuring compliance with company and regulatory standards.
  • Report Violations: Escalate complex issues or repeated policy violations to the appropriate teams, providing detailed reports when necessary.
  • Foster Positive Online Environments: Contribute to a safe, inclusive, and engaging platform by enforcing guidelines and enhancing the user experience.
  • Collaborate with Teams: Work closely with fellow moderators, customer service, and legal teams to ensure smooth and effective moderation processes.

**Your Profile:**

  • Fluent in German: Proficiency in written and spoken German is essential for moderating German-language content.
  • English Communication Skills: Good command of English for team collaboration and internal communications.
  • Attention to Detail: A meticulous approach is key to reviewing and moderating content accurately.
  • Problem-Solving Skills: Ability to make quick, sound decisions in complex situations and escalate issues when needed.
