Job Summary
Linde Saude is seeking a highly skilled Financial Operations Manager to join its team. As a key member of the Homecare South finance team, you will be responsible for financial controlling and systems processes.

About the Role
The successful candidate will lead system and process projects, develop and implement financial control systems, and support countries in controlling and reporting activities. This role requires strong analytical skills, excellent communication abilities, and experience in project management. The ideal candidate will have proficiency in SAP-FI, CO-PA module, and advanced technical skills in SAP BW/SAP SBOP analysis. Additionally, they should have experience with data handling and analysis tools like Power Query/Power Pivot, MS O365 applications, and Excel, PowerPoint, PowerBI, or Tableau.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead system and process projects to improve financial control and systems efficiency
- Develop and implement financial control systems to ensure accurate data and reporting
- Support countries in controlling and reporting activities, including monthly P&L consolidation and KPIs
- Assist in annual planning and forecasting process with the preparation of analytical models
- Participate in digitalization and task automation processes to contribute to the company's evolution towards digital transformation

Requirements
- Proficiency in SAP-FI, CO-PA module, and advanced technical skills in SAP BW/SAP SBOP analysis
- Experience in tools for data handling and analysis like Power Query/Power Pivot
- Excellent analytical skills, accounting knowledge, and communication abilities
- Minimum 3 years working experience within finance and controlling or a related field
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance, Business Administration, Economics, Business Informatics, or Data Science
