**Job Overview**
We are seeking a highly skilled IT Technical Support Technician (Helpdesk) to join our team at Axians Portugal. As a key member of our support team, you will provide technical assistance and guidance to clients, resolving basic technical issues and collaborating with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery of services.
The ideal candidate will have strong soft skills, excellent communication abilities, and a proven track record in customer service or help desk roles. You will be responsible for diagnosing and resolving technical issues, escalating more complex problems to senior technicians when necessary, and maintaining accurate records of client interactions.
