Hikma Pharmaceuticals is seeking a highly skilled Sr. Engineer, Infrastructure to join our team in Portugal. As a key member of our Infrastructure Department, you will be responsible for identifying and implementing new ideas to improve the efficiency of our systems and processes.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate new projects under infrastructure scope and ensure timely completion.
  • Collaborate with multiple discipline teams and contractors to update project plans and ensure conformance to procedures and processes.
  • Develop and maintain Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for the Infrastructure Department.
  • Ensure the health and safety of all workers and visitors during project execution.
  • Coordinate activities with other Hikma Departments to achieve common goals.
  • Review and revise departmental SOPs to ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies.
  • Liaise with external maintenance contractors to ensure activities are conducted in accordance with procedures and processes.
  • Monitor and control Infrastructure Maintenance KPIs and other key metrics regarding utilities.
  • Support audit preparation at site and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.

Requirements:

  • Degree in Engineering or equivalent.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in maintenance, pharmaceutical, or food industry environment.
  • Demonstrated Industrial Maintenance skills, including mechanical and electrical systems.
  • Demonstrated project management skills.
  • Solid knowledge of Hydraulics, Pneumatics, HVAC, Water treatment, Electrical, and Steam systems.
  • Ability to coordinate multiple discipline tasks and update project plans.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to meet strict deadlines.
