Job SummaryWe are looking for an experienced Scrum Master to join our dynamic team in Lisbon. If you have a strong development background, at least 6 years of experience, and are fluent in English, this opportunity is ideal for you.
- Facilitate Agile ceremonies and ensure Scrum principles are followed.
- Coach and mentor teams to continuously improve Agile adoption.
- Collaborate with developers, product owners, and stakeholders to ensure smooth project delivery.
- Identify and remove impediments to optimize team performance.
- Foster a culture of continuous improvement and innovation.
The selected candidate will be responsible for:
