**About the Role**

We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Global Customer Experience Associate to join our international team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service via social media.

**Key Responsibilities**

  • Respond to customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner
  • Provide product information and support to customers
  • Process warranty cases efficiently and effectively

**Requirements**

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A native level of German and a good level of English
  • Enthusiasm about social media and its potential to create positive customer experiences
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to listen attentively
  • Energy, innovation, and a proactive approach to work
  • A willingness to learn and adapt to new situations

**What We Offer**

We offer a competitive salary package, including:

  • A gross monthly salary of €950-€1,000 (including free accommodation) or €1,300-€1,400 (excluding accommodation)
  • Reimbursement of initial flight expenses and airport pick up
